Aesthetica Membership Program – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Aesthetica Membership Program. By enrolling, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which outline the membership structure, cancellation policies, payment terms, and other important details.

1. Membership Overview

The Aesthetica Membership Program is a subscription-based service designed to provide personalized skincare, dermatological consultations, and skin health tracking for a monthly fee.

Membership Includes:

Quarterly Virtual Dermatology Consultations (30-minute virtual sessions with Board Certified Dermatologists)
Monthly Facial Treatments (Customized for skin longevity & health)
Skin Health Tracking & Analysis (VISIA scan, hydration, elasticity, texture, pigmentation)
Discounted Aesthetic Treatments (Neurotoxin, Halo, Clear+Brilliant, and more)
Prescription Skincare & OTC Recommendations (via Skin Medicinals and AIRE)
Optional Add-ons: Blood Work, Sleep Tracking, Nutritional Guidance

2. Membership Fees & Payment Terms
2.1 Monthly Fees
  • The Aesthetica Membership costs $600 per month.
  • A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required.
  • Payments are automatically charged every 30 days from the initial sign-up date.
2.2 Payment Method
  • Payments must be made via credit/debit card or an accepted online payment method.
  • By signing up, you authorize automatic recurring payments until cancellation.
2.3 Late or Failed Payments
  • If a payment fails, you will be notified via email and given 5 business days to update your payment method.
  • If payment is not received within 5 days, your membership may be suspended or terminated.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Minimum Commitment & Cancellation
  • Members must remain enrolled for at least 3 months before canceling.
  • After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
  • To cancel, email [info@aestheticaskinlab.com ] at least 7 days before your next billing date.
3.2 Refunds
  • No refunds will be provided for partially used billing cycles.
  • If you cancel mid-month, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Exceptions to refunds may be considered for medical reasons with supporting documentation.
3.3 Membership Pauses
  • Memberships may be paused for up to 1 month due to travel or medical reasons.
  • Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance via email.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
4.1 Booking Your Services
  • Facial treatments and consultations must be scheduled in advance through the Aesthetica online booking system or by calling our office.
  • Virtual consultations with Dr. Shah are available quarterly and must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
4.2 Missed or Rescheduled Appointments
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee of $100 per appointment or loss of that session for the billing period.
4.3 Expiry of Unused Sessions
  • Facial treatments and virtual consults do not roll over. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be carried forward.
5. Optional Add-Ons & Upgrades
  • Members may add blood work analysis, sleep tracking, and additional dermatology treatments to their membership at an extra cost.
  • Discounts apply only to members in good standing with active subscriptions.
6. Health & Medical Disclosures
6.1 Not a Medical Treatment Program
  • The Aesthetica Membership is not a substitute for medical dermatological treatment.
  • This program provides preventative skincare solutions and wellness tracking.
6.2 Eligibility Requirements
  • Members must be 18 years or older to enroll.
  • Individuals with active skin infections or medical contraindications may not be eligible for certain treatments.
  • Aesthetica reserves the right to deny or modify services based on medical assessments.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
  • Your data is stored securely and used only for tracking skin health, treatment progress, and improving services.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Membership Terms & Updates
  • Aesthetica reserves the right to update pricing, services, or membership terms with 30 days' notice.
  • Members will be notified via email and website updates.
  • Continued use of the membership after changes means acceptance of new terms.
